Saberr Ltd is committed to complying with all relevant national and international data protection laws and regulations including the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPRs) and the UK’s Data Protection Act of 2018 (DPA 2018) by maintaining appropriate policies, processes and procedures and by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Whether acting as Data Controller, Joint Controller or Data Processor, Saberr treats personal data as Confidential.

Saberr only collects and processes personal data that is necessary to its purpose(s), the processing is not occasional and the processing is not likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects. Some personal data collected and processed may include what are defined by the EU and UK GDPRs as Special Categories of Personal Data.

Saberr provides a chargeable service aimed at Users of age 18 and over. Any data provided by Users is categorically not used for marketing purposes.

Saberr has implemented policies and procedures that support the Principles of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations and uphold the Rights that the GDPRs afford to Individuals. More information relating to these Principles and Rights can be found at www.ico.org.uk

Saberr reviews its data protection processes and obligations on a regular basis.

All employees are provided with training to ensure that they understand current legislation, Saberr policies and the procedures that Saberr has implemented to maintain compliance with data protection regulations.

Saberr’s disciplinary process or legal action may be invoked in circumstances where this policy or other associated policies and procedures have been transgressed.

This Data Protection Policy is reviewed annually and applies to all personal data processed by the Saberr, including those held in databases, on-premise and held in cloud storage solutions, wireless notebook computers, personal digital assistants and mobile telephones.
