One-to-ones are a great time to discuss what's on your mind and to build trust so we believe that, in general, what is said should not be shared with others.

  • The Agenda Items: Only the two people having the one-to-one can see the talking points in the agenda.
  • The Shared Notes Section: Only the two people having the one-to-one can see the talking points in the agenda. By "shared" we mean shared by both parties in the meeting, not shared with other people.
  • The Private Notes Section: Only YOU can see your private notes.
