When employees are setting the agenda for a one-to-one, they can add their own talking points or choose a Collection of talking points

Company admins can also create a Collection that will be available to employees across your company. It's a great way of nudging employees to reflect and discuss a particular issue regularly.

How to create a company Collection of talking points

Login to CoachBot, select Reports in the navigation and click Org Settings. You can enter your collection of talking points from there.

Employees will then be able to pick the Collection when they're setting an agenda for their next one-to-one.
