When employees are setting the agenda for a one-to-one, they can add their own talking points, choose from suggested questions or pick a Template. 

Company admins can also suggest questions that will be available to employees across your company. It's a great way of nudging employees to reflect and discuss a particular issue regularly.

How to create a company Collection of talking points

Log in to Saberr , click on your initials in the top left corner and click Manage Organisation.

Under Suggested company agenda items, add the talking points that you'd like to nudge.

Employees will then be able to pick the Collection when they're setting an agenda for their next one-to-one.
