A team’s behaviours are the informal rules and expectations that team members have about how to act within that team.
CoachBot has a foundational and a regular session for teams’ behaviours. In the foundational session, teams should agree on a meaningful but manageable number of behaviours. Too many behaviours means they’ll never be remembered. Since behaviours and team members change, a team’s agreed behaviours need to be reviewed. This is triggered by commenting on the agreed behaviours from a team’s canvas. Behaviours that haven’t been reviewed for over 6 months likely need revisiting.
Team’s behaviours are private for them, but as a company admin you can see the which (and how many) broad themes their behaviours fit into.
