We have incorporated over 60 years worth of academic research into our algorithms, maintaining all the aspects of regular personality tests that are worth keeping. 

However we differentiate in two main ways:

  1. We add a sophisticated way to measure cultural fit which doesn't exist in any standard personality test. This is a key factor in determining the performance of teams and individuals.
  2. We don't profile the individual in isolation, we only ever profile people in the context of their environment. In this case, their environment is their new or existing team. We believe we all have the ability to adjust our behaviour to suit our environment; how you behave at home is different from how you behave at work, which is different again from how you behave when you're down the pub with your mates. We think it's important to take this into account, so we do.
